Air Liquide Australia Ltd
Air Liquide Australia Limited are a subsidiary of the world's largest manufacturer of industrial, medical, food and hospitality gases.
They have over 500 employees across Australia and New Zealand, and pay to numerous EBA’s, Awards and Workplace Agreements.
After successfully securing the payroll outsourcing business with Air Liquide Australia Ltd, i3Group completed 2 parallel pay runs, which included 5 separate pay cycles, and finalised full implementation nationally within a 2 week turnaround.
One of Air Liquide’s key drivers in outsourcing their payroll is to empower their managers and staff through the application of the fully integrated Neller Preceda HRIS, the advanced reporting capabilities, and the Employee Self Service which use real-time, web based technology.

Henley Properties Group
Henley Properties Group has been established for over 14 years, and is now one of Australia’s leading home builders. They have offices and display homes in all capital cities, and some regional locations.
This client was in the high-risk position of having one employee who was dedicated to the national payroll function. They were utilizing software that was not capable of providing critical reports, and did not have any HRIS functionality.
Henley made the decision to outsource the payroll function to i3Group, prior to the imminent departure of their payroll manager. During the implementation process of over 450 employee’s payrolls nationally, including both permanent and casual employees, the i3Group assisted Henley with a recruitment solution which bridged the gap, and provided the client with a temporary payroll professional during this difficult time.
The temporary employee was experienced with their in-house payroll system, and subsequently assisted our client with the smooth transition over to a fully outsourced payroll solution.
All employees are now utilizing the Employee Self Service function, and all their casual staff enter their hours via the on-line time sheet function, thus making the need for paper based time sheets redundant.
