Education and Background
Fred has invested years studying and honing his skills in payroll, management and human resources and presents the i3Group with a wealth of practical experience in these fields.

Fred commenced his career as a Personnel Services Manager for a large Government organisation in 1984, joined Qantas Flight Catering in 1997 working in Payroll & HR prior to taking on an active role in i3Group.

John Caponnetto
Director of Information Services

Education and background
Johns holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) which he completed at VUT in 1995 and also a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources/ Industrial Relations also completed at VUT in 2001. In 2006 he completed a Certificate IV in Training.

John began his career as a Payroll Officer at Qantas Flight Catering and moved onto senior payroll positions at Vic Roads before joining i3Group.

Ummu Beyazbayram
General Manager

Education and Background
Ummu is a qualified CPA and holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting which she completed at VUT in 1992. Ummu joined us in 2006 after working for several high profile recruitment and financial services companies.
