When Fred Wardan and John Caponnetto met at work ten years ago and got to talking, they realised there was a gap in the market for payroll recruitment. They also looked at trends in the USA and realised payroll outsourcing was the way of the future.

In 2002, Payroll Intelligence was born. In 2007, Payroll Intelligence and Finance Intelligence became the i3Group.

So why i3Group?

Why i? The I in the i3Group represents our history – having originally founded Payroll Intelligence and Finance Intelligence, we wanted to maintain and consolidate on the reputation of these two brands so far.
 
Why 3? There are three core business units to our company:

1. Recruitment
2. Payroll outsourcing
3. Training

So why Group? We chose group due to the amalgamation of our previous businesses into one core company. It also provides unlimited opportunities to further expand the business to other areas.
