Our History

i3Group commenced operations in 2002, under its original name of Payroll Intelligence.  The business was built on three specialist areas: payroll outsourcing, payroll recruitment and payroll training.  In 2006, a second arm of the business was established, Finance Intelligence, specialising solely in finance recruitment.  In 2007 both Payroll Intelligence and Financial Intelligence merged and relaunched under the i3Group banner.

Over recent times, business process outsourcing has become a highly developing market with extensive benefits and cost savings for businesses.  With this in mind, i3Group embarked on a measured approach to concentrate its resources purely on payroll outsourcing.

In doing so, our aim has been to ensure our clients’ payroll is a seamless transaction and one that is an extension of their own business model.
